THE PROBLEM

Every fluid problem starts the same way

Oil and fine chips enter your process fluid with every part you wash, machine, or press. Filters and centrifuges will catch some of it. The rest stays in your tank and builds up cycle after cycle. Long before the fluid looks or smells spent, it is already costing you.

Image

Parts fail cleanliness specs

Particles redeposit on parts and push residue past the limit.

Fluid changes happen often

Monthly or even weekly change-outs just to stay in spec.

Disposal costs climb

Thousands of liters a month go out as industrial waste.

Pumps wear out early

Abrasive chips grind down high-pressure pump gaskets and plungers.

Inspection flags false defects

Leftover chips look like casting flaws to vision systems and stop the line.

Coolant starts to smell

Leftover chips look like casting flaws to vision systems and stop the line.

RESULTS AT A GLANCE

Proven across eight applications

JCC-HM has been installed by manufacturers to solve different problems across a range of applications. The results have something in common: cleaner fluid, measured results.  Select an application to jump to that topic.

JCC-HM results across eight customer applications

Part Quality

Hit tighter cleanliness specs, every shift

Your wash can only be as clean as the fluid it uses. When the solution is loaded with fines and oil, parts come out carrying them. JCC-HM keeps the fluid clean enough to meet strict particle limits and keep downstream processes running.

Hydraulic valve blocks · Cast iron · Washer dirty tank

~90%
less contamination in solution
The spec didn't allow any particles 0.3 mm or larger on finished valve blocks. With the JCC-HM installed on the washer's dirty tank, foreign matter in the solution dropped from 33.5 to 3.55 mg/L. Particles 100 µm and larger fell by about 75%, and levels stayed low after a month of production.

EV components · Washer clean tank

ZERO

crtitical size particles

For EV parts, a stray metal particle can cause a short, so the spec didn't allow any 0.4 mm or larger. After the JCC-HM went on the washer's clean tank, particles of that size in the tank dropped from 2 to 0, and 0.1–0.4 mm particles fell from 7 to 5. Fluid changes were also cut in half.

ADC parts · Automated vision inspection · Washer clean tank

83%

false defect stoppages

Fine chips left on cleaned die-cast parts looked like casting flaws to an automated vision system, stopping the line up to 30 times a day. With JCC-HM purifying the clean tank, stops fell to 5 a day, and operators spent less time checking good parts by hand.

Pressed parts washing · Washer tank (300 L)

No More

sticky, oily parts

Press oil built up in a parts washer until cleaned parts stuck together, complicating handling and counting and forcing rewashes. JCC-HM removed the oil continuously, so parts came out clean and separate. The same installation tripled solution life (see Fluid life & waste).

  • Easier handling and counting
  • Fewer rewashes and less rework labor
  • Lower risk of customer complaints
Where to install for part quality: On the clean tank, JCC-HM protects the fluid used in the final cleaning stage. On the dirty tank, it keeps the main wash from loading parts with fines and oil. Our applications team can help you choose.

FLUID LIFE & WASTE

Change fluid less. Dispose of less. Spend less.

Most shops change fluid as often as it gets dirty. Slow that down, and every change-out you skip saves fluid, labor, downtime, and disposal fees. Across four installations, the JCC-HM cut fluid changes or waste volume by half to two-thirds.

ADC component washing · Washer dirty tank

3x

longer fluid life

Oil and fines degraded the washing solution so quickly that parts failed spec after one month, forcing monthly change-outs at about $1,000 per machine. With JCC-HM, the solution stayed in spec for about three months, cutting changes from 12 to 4 a year and saving roughly $8,000 per machine annually.

EV components washing · Washer clean tank

$13,125

saved per year

Weekly fluid changes kept this EV parts washer in spec but drove up labor and fluid costs. JCC-HM stretched the interval to every two weeks, eliminating 25 change-outs a year at $525 each.

ADC machining · Recovered coolant

67%

less waster coolant

A centrifuge couldn't remove the fine aluminum and oil from recovered coolant, and disposable filters cost too much to run. JCC-HM made the coolant reusable without consumables. Monthly waste fell from 3,000 L to 1,000 L, and disposal costs fell from about $1,300 to $430 a month, roughly $10,400 a year.

Pressed parts washing · Washer tank (300 L)

$26,220

saved per year

Ten press lines were discarding about 3,000 L of oily cleaning solution each month. JCC-HM tripled solution life, cutting waste to 1,000 L and disposal costs from $3,255 to $1,070 a month.

Less fluid to buy. Less fluid hauled away. No filter cartridges to landfill. JCC-HM supports waste-reduction goals while it cuts costs.

EQUIPMENT & ENVIRONMENT

Easier on machines, and people.

Contaminated fluid doesn't just affect parts. Abrasive chips wear out pumps, and oily, oxygen-starved coolant breeds odor-causing bacteria. JCC-HM addresses both.

Cast iron deburring · High-pressure pump

Protect your pumps

4x

LONGER maintenance interval

75%

LONGER annual maintenance cost

A shop deburring cast iron parts was rebuilding its high-pressure pump about every three months. Metal chips and brush-wear particles in the solution were grinding down gaskets and plungers. With JCC-HM removing those abrasives, the pump reached its service threshold only after about 12 months.

Machining · Water-soluble coolant

Clear the air

36 hours

to a comfortable work environment

Oil buildup in a 120 L water-soluble coolant tank had cut oxygen levels, letting anaerobic bacteria thrive. The smell affected everyone nearby and forced frequent coolant changes. JCC-HM's microbubbles raised oxygen levels while removing oil and fines. Within 36 hours, odor readings fell below the comfortable-environment level.

IS JCC-HM RIGHT FOR YOUR APPLICATION?

If you check two or more on this list, let's talk.

  • You change washing fluid or coolant more often than every three months.

  • Parts are failing cleanliness or residual-particle specs.

  • You pay to haul away waste coolant or cleaning solution every month.

  • High-pressure pumps need rebuilding more than once a year.

  • Vision inspection flags chips or debris as defects.

  • Coolant smells, or operators complain about the work environment.

  • Filters or cartridges are a recurring line item.
