Water Washing, Deburring & Cutting Systems
Many machinists employ water cutting, deburring, and high pressure washing systems for highly accurate results without a heat-affected zone (HAZ). At Sugino, we offer washing, deburring, chip removal, and waterjet cutting systems of the highest quality.
For example, our CNC Turret Type High Pressure Cleaning and Deburring Machine is from our Jet Clean Center Series. It jets high pressure water at a maximum of 50MPa from a CNC positioned nozzle in order to remove burrs and chips completely. We also offer the CNC Submerged Part Washing Machine. It provides effective removal of debris from the most complex features within a part.
